We accept both bitmap and vector file formats. Bitmap files, such as JPEG or PNG, are composed of pixels and are best suited for photographs or complex images with gradients or shading. However, it is important to note that bitmap images may lose quality when resized or scaled up. On the other hand, vector files, such as EPS or AI, can be infinitely scaled without losing quality. Vector graphics are ideal for logos or designs that require precise lines and shapes.

To ensure the best outcome, we recommend providing high-resolution files with a minimum of 300 DPI for bitmap images, and vector files that are properly formatted and editable. If you don’t have access to high res versions of your logos, don’t be discouraged – we may be able to redraw your low res logos for you to suit our artwork specifications.
