Dye sublimation results in vibrant and durable prints – resistant to fading or cracking as the colours are embedded into the fabric itself rather than sitting on the surface. The first step in screen printing your design onto one of our various garments is having our in house design team prepare the design in consultation with you. The design is then printed or transferred onto a transparent film or a light sensitive emulsion coated screen. A mesh screen is then coated with a light sensitive emulsion and left to dry in a dark environment. The film with the design is placed on top of the screen and exposed to UV light. The light hardens the emulsion, except in the areas where the design blocks the light.

Stock Range Garments
There is no minimum order for most stock range garments, however a surcharge (between $15-30) may apply. This fee covers increased costs for small orders and extra freight charged by our suppliers. We encourage bulk orders where possible, rather than several smaller orders.
Custom Made to Order Garments
For custom made to order garments, we require your first order to be a minimum of 20 garments. Subsequent orders of the same design and garment do not have a minimum order requirement, however smaller orders may attract a higher price per garment. You can order a range of sizes across the minimum 20 garments – for example 5 x size 10, 5 x size 12 and 10 x size 14.
